Bathroom Style: Four Ways

June 15, 2015 9:54 am

We teamed up with four of our favourite interior and lifestyle bloggers and set them the challenge of creating a unique styling post using our bathroom accessories.

Left with a camera and their imagination, find out how they added their own personal flair and panache into the post

Sarah-Lou of Lapin Blu

Sarah's look: Add storage in a space not so frequently used, storage can go a little more aesthetic without the need to be quite as practical. I added a touch of colour & humour with this fun basket found in Morocco, a little handmade with my crochet cloths, and a pretty shell we found on the beach. Having a proper place for soap & toothbrushes at last is great, and when guests visit; I can pop the plant elsewhere.

Hege of Hege in France

Hege's look: think a bathroom should feel inviting. For me bathroom decor should be simple.  I prefer to add brown bottles and fun toothbrushes for a bit of colour. Not to forget a bit of green've always got either a green plant or some branches in a vase. Sometimes I have pictures on the wall. It could be a poster in a frame or a simple postcard's all about making it personal and adding things you enjoy.

Alina of The Fairytale Pretty Picture

Alina's look: To make the use of all of the small bathroom space available I added some practical bits and brightened up the room. I cleverly hung the soap holder in the corner too so that there is a choice between a liquid and a solid soap although I will be lying if I didn't say it's mostly to show off my lovely decorative additions.

Abby of Beauty Full Homes

Abbyâ's look: Our bathroom has been a slow work in progress since we moved in over 3 and a half years ago. Adding stream-lined accessories have really helped bring the room together. I love the frosted white glass and chrome against our dusky grey walls and monochrome tiles.
