Graduate Product Designer


Summary of Role

The Bathroom Brands group is a market leading bathroom supplier with a number of well-respected brands including Crosswater and Burlington. We are looking for a creative and technically capable graduate product designer to join our NPI team.

This is a great opportunity to join a growing Design team who develop innovative and market leading bathroom products. The focus will be to support the Product Managers with a broad range of design skills including 2D idea generation, 3D CAD modelling and physical prototyping for testing and review.
You will support the NPI team in a flexible manner, simultaneously managing a variety of projects including research, design, testing and documentation.

You are a self-starter who enjoys teamwork and is ambitious to develop your career and see your designs out in the world. You have a well-balanced design approach, with strong attention to detail, form sensitivity and be technically capable to take on complex products.

To be successful you should hold a degree in product/industrial design or a closely related discipline, have experience working with SolidWorks, Keyshot and Adobe software.

Key areas of responsibility

  • Support the Design & Product Managers with NPD through ideation and detail design.
  • 2D sketching for communicating ideas and developing them to a final design.
  • 3D rendering using Keyshot for internal ideation, presentations and asset generation to support the Marketing team.
  • 3D CAD modelling supporting the development and growth of the CAD database, as well as developing parts and products to a final design ready for tooling and manufacture.
  • Generation of instruction manuals and specification documents, overseeing and ensuring the accuracy of data.


  • Hold a degree in product/industrial design or closely a related discipline.
  • Good level of hand sketching to communicate ideas.
  • Working knowledge of 3D CAD for surfacing and Solid Modelling (SolidWorks)
  • Working knowledge of Adobe software including Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Experience with hands on tools, physical prototyping and 3D printing.
  • Working knowledge of common Microsoft software.
  • An active interest in industrial design with a focus on interiors.
