Katrina Hoyle has joined Crosswater & Bathroom Brands as the Group Marketing Manager heading up the Marketing department.  With over 10 years’ experience in the marketing industry, Katrina has a diverse range of skills gained from working in a strategic marketing agency as well as working and for a similar Group Company, before becoming the Direct and Retail Marketing Manager for bedroom retailer Feather & Black.

“I am already really enjoying my role here as it brings such a range of challenges and it is great to be working for such fast paced, innovative group with a passion for quality and design. I have already started the marketing plans for next year and we have exciting projects coming up so watch this space!”

Leon Brown who has recently taken on the role of Regional Account Manager for the North West, has described his journey in bathrooms so far: “I started my journey in the bathroom industry just after my 20th birthday, with Roman Shower Enclosures. I was there for 16 years before I decided to take up the challenge with Crosswater. As for expertise, well I could bore you to tears about shower doors!”

Adam Howson joins as Regional Account Manager for West and South West London, taking over from Steve Blakeston: “I have worked in the bathroom industry for 12 years, starting my journey with the Travis Perkins group for 6 years working in the showroom and trade counter. After that I worked for a small family business based in Godalming Surrey, selling and designing high end bathrooms, before becoming a rep on the road for Farmiloes. In my free time I have a close knit family and enjoy fun filled days with my wife and three children. I am also a trained football coach and coach our local team.”

Roger Davies has joined Crosswater as the Regional Account Manager for Middlesex, North and North West London. Roger started in the industry in March 2008 working for British Ceramic Tiles and Roman Showers. Roger says – “I look forward to expanding my knowledge in furniture and brassware, and continuing my success with Crosswater.”
