A new era for this Grade-II listed manor

Initiating a new era in the history of Melton Hall, a Grade-II listed manor dating back to 1807, is the founder of Proper Popcorn. This 7-acre estate has been refurbished in keeping with its historical prominence to continue its story as a family home while also providing luxury stays and events, including space for the local community. 

Having seen products from our Burlington brand in a Soho House member’s club, the new owners of Melton Hall wanted to bring Burlington’s style into their design. After inviting the customer to explore our extensive showroom located in Dartford, Kent and discover all that Bathroom Brands can offer, they loved the traditional ceramics finished in Medici from our Bespoke by Burlington range, combined with the warmth of Belgravia traditional brassware in Nickel.

With this design style in mind, our team assisted them in creating a full bathroom specification for all 7 bathrooms using both Burlington and Crosswater products to achieve their desired look. Working closely with them from start to finish, we were able to arrange next-day delivery for all in-stock items, along with the arrangement of made-to-order Bespoke items.

This is the third project that the founder has embarked on with their design team that has been recognised in the architectural and design media. The overall result that the new owners have achieved is one that truly honours the beautiful history of Melton Hall.
