How do I make a warranty claim?
Crosswater products are covered by a comprehensive manufacturer’s guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship. To check your coverage:
- Identify your purchase date and keep proof of purchase.
- Check the product’s guarantee length
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects — not wear from misuse or non-genuine parts.
- Submit claims through your retailer or open a support ticket with us (photos and proof of purchase will be required).
