Shower Head constantly dripping?

A showerhead or handset that doesn’t switch off fully is related to the shower valve controlling it.

The shower valve will use a ceramic disc cartridge underneath the flow control handle. It's likely this needs to be cleaned of limescale or debris buildup.

Limescale can be cleared using a combination of white vinegar and water. Ensure you clean off any visible debris from both the cartridge and inside of the shower valve housing. Flush clean with fresh water before reinstalling your cartridge.

How to do this will depend on your model; you can find the maintenance guide in the instructions for your product.
