My Crossbox has two outlets but only one is working. What do I do?

Our Crossbox valve is incredibly clever; the same valve body is used no matter what style you choose or how many outlets you have. This is determined by the Trimset you specify.

The Crossbox body has three outlets; it's important to note which outlets are used for your specific trim set choice, especially if you are only using two out of the three outlets.

When specifying two outlets, you MUST use the side outlets, labelled outlet 2 and 3. Outlet 1 is not used.

If this has been installed incorrectly, you can remedy this by installing a three-outlet cartridge, which will allow outlet one to be used. A three-outlet cartridge can be ordered via our official spares website
