Why does my tap have low water flow?

Low flow is typically caused by blockages, restricted aerators, or unbalanced water pressures. If you are experiencing a weak or uneven flow or no water flow at all, the following steps can help to resolve the issue:

1. Remove and clean the aerator at the spout outlet.
2. Clean or replace filters inside the cartridge.
3. Flush the tap body with the cartridge removed to clear debris.
4. If the problem persists, fit a new cartridge.
