OUR APPROACH TO COVID-19
During this period, we intend to operate as normal a service as possible and deliver exceptional customer support from our HQ, distribution centre and extended teams working remotely.
At Crosswater, our customers and staff are at the heart of everything we do and to protect every member of this family we continue to monitor the COVID-19 outbreak actively and are following all guidelines and recommendations from the UK government.
At our HQ and distribution centre, we have adapted the working environment to help ensure active social distancing can be maintained at all times. We are providing hand sanitiser and ensuring all our staff are washing their hands regularly. Additional cleaning routines with more frequent cleaning of high traffic areas have been adopted. We are also working closely with all our staff to understand any concerns that they may have.

Virtual Coffee & learn 20 minute sessions on subjects covering upcoming product introductions, selection guidance, finishes, maintenance and project guarantees.
In-depth product training to drive continuing professional development is also available in selected categories such as water efficiency v performance, our unique CROSSBOX universal in-wall shower solution and the 2020 enclosures & trays category relaunch.
Product selection and on-site technical support each member of our team are experienced offering product selections and offering on-site technical assistance.
