To create and support sales enablement activities aligned to the new investment into the Burlington brand with Glass.
To demonstrate flexibility to change that supports the continued evolution of Business Development as and when Brand/Category focus changes.
Sales Team Enablement
Working closely with Marketing & Product Development team to maintain and develop our product portfolio for Showering.
To develop the tools that provide the Sales Team with effective product based Features & Benefits (F & B) training.
Developing the skillsets of the Sales Team to enable them to be more effective in their own delivery of product based F & B training with our customers.
Developing our education platform with the Sales Team that drives category advocacy and competitor advantage.
Working closely with the senior managers in Sales, Marketing, Product and Planning to continually prepare effective Promotional Campaigns.
Working closely with the senior managers in Sales, Marketing, Product and Planning to also develop effective Display Drivelines relating to existing and new product introductions.
Building a regular quarterly customer training plan of activity with the National Sales Managers.
To implement a process to capture competitor analysis and to oversee a regular review of this intelligence.
Working closely with the Sales Director’s, Director of Marketing, Key Account Managers and Area Sales Managers to utilise competitor knowledge to support product development, marketing activities and effective direct sales strategies with targeted key customers.
To develop & support sell-in activities designed to drive multi-channel business development with our key customers.
To establish strong relations with a cross section of selected customers. Establishing productive & professional relationships with all personnel.
Working closely with the Sales Director’s & Director of Marketing in identifying new business partners offering significant revenue return through either a branded or OEM range offer or both.
Ownership of new business opportunities in the Showering category.
Maintaining close & strong relations with the Crosswater & BB Retail Sales Teams to ensure actions and objectives at all levels are developed and clearly communicated for maximum effectiveness.
Developing strong relations with the Group Projects Team where key customer opportunities arise.
Leading our strategic account planning process to achieve performance objectives, financial targets, and critical annual milestones in the Showering category.
Proactively assessing, clarifying, and validating the needs of this cross section of key customers on an ongoing basis.
Sales & profit - Budget deliverance in the Showering category through the key platforms covering Independents, Groups and Online specialists.
Implementation and achievement of targeted display drives in association with the Sales Director and National Sales Managers.
Creating & achieving strategic objectives (supported by the Board, Sales Director’s & Director of Marketing).
Account plans for Showroom and Trade sales development across the region.
New business gains & competitor replacement.
Provision of a quarterly product based training plan for the Sales Team.
Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company expectations.
Key requirements and strengths:
Education & Experience: 8 years’ experience in Sales, product based Sales Training and Marketing functionality.
