My Digital product is no longer working. What do I do?

Our Digital range of products were discontinued is 2019 and we no longer supply parts or product for our DGX or BBX coded shower products.

If your issue relates to flow or temperature, you can follow the maintenance guide below

Using an appropriate flat blade screwdriver, rotate the isolation valves on the hot and cold inlets to the closed position and disconnect the power to the digital valve.

Remove the inlet securing clips from both hot and cold inlets.

Detach the inlets from the digital valve.

Note: there will be some residual water present between the isolation valves and the check valves which will drain out of the inlets during removal.

Remove the inlet filters using a pair of pliers and clean with water to remove all debris.

Carefully replace the inlets and securing clips.
